I invented a recipe, and I think it's pretty much awesome. You tell me, though, after you prepare it for yourself. Which you should, because it's great. I just ate it!

Thanksgiving Summer Salad

Prep time: less than 10 minutes

2 cups Salad Mix - Radicchio, Endive, Escarole
2 tbs Good Goat Cheese, crumbled.
2 tbs Dried Cranberries
3 slices Herbed Turkey Breast (Nitrate-free)
3 tbs Raspberry Dressing
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste.

Dump salad into a big bowl.
Throw Goat Cheese in there.
Add Cranberries.
Roll up Turkey Breast slices and cut rolls into edible pieces.
Pour Dressing.
Toss for like, 20 seconds.
Pepper it up if you like.

That's it! DELISH!
